7 Minute Online Meditation

Meditating, for even 7 minutes in the morning, can help you achieve a balance and focus that will support your efforts throughout the day.  Another 7 minutes in the evening will allow you to acknowledge and appreciate your accomplishments so you can rest well and restore your energy.

Practicing meditation for 7 minutes at 7am and 7pm every day will establish an important ritual that will reconnect you with your spirituality.  It will induce creative, positive thoughts and inspiration. It will foster deep contemplation and renew your spiritual connection.

Who is Mark Hamilton?


MARK HAMILTONMEDITATION MASTER

When Mark was a young boy, playing basketball in the driveway with his Dad, he’d find himself in an almost hypnotic state of focus.  In that state of mind, he could make even the most challenging of baskets.  It was those moments that sparked his initial curiosity about what drives the mindfulness that people use to achieve and sustain high levels of accomplishment.

Mark grew up an athlete, successful in basketball, baseball, and pole vaulting.  As an adult, he took up surfing and karate.  These activities helped him hone his ability to center his mind and a body toward a goal.  He was good at focusing.  His professional life took him into sales roles at various high tech startups and there he experienced and saw how easily life can become unbalanced and unfocused. Time-and-time again, Mark would hear the best and the brightest say in absolute frustration, “I do all of this work, I have achieved so much and I still don’t feel like I’m enough!” Trying to do and achieve more and more himself, Mark struggled to stay present as he had so easily been able to do in his athletic endeavors.  In an effort to reconnect with a sense of spiritual well-being, Mark pursued a practice of meditation, learning over the years the value of quieting his mind for a limited period of time as a means to achieving an ongoing state of heightened consciousness.  He continues to evolve his understanding and practice of meditation and has developed a short ritual of 7 minutes of meditation each morning and evening as a means of preparing for and wrapping up the day.  Join Mark as he guides you in a meditation ritual that will help you find your spiritual well-being.
